3-2-1 about the 15' ted talk

In the " 3-2-1 Ted Talk", it talks about how people get so used to something that they don't bother to change it. One example Fadell talked about was the Thermostats. At first, they were simple objects to use but once people found out a way to save energy, thermostats upgraded their product so now users could program it at a different location. Another example that was when the ipods were first built and one had to charge it before they used it. Now, iPods are already charged when they are first bought. He also talks about how one doeskin even notice the stickers on apples after awhile because we are so use to them being on the apple.
One product whose features weren't well planned was, Microsoft Windows Vista which had many complications. 50% of the customers complained about this product. Another was when Metro PCS first became a company. They had terrible service and it was hard to get service in certain parts of any location. Now, they are paired up with T-mobile and they have great service.
One example of how i see a design well planned for a product is when the product works well, and other users are enjoying. Also, good products always have update.
